FAQ

 Q. What Information do I need to submit to receive an estimate?
A. First consider that every job is considered custom. Even re-orders. This ensures careful consideration of job requirements during production. Most jobs are a single run work order. Which means; every unit ordered gets the same decoration: consistent throughout production.

     - To estimate a consistent run: we need: A. Material:: B. Work Order:: C. Specifications for Work Order

A1. Item Number (from our supplier’s links on the Catalog Page).
A2. Item color.
A3. Size count.

B1. Number of decorated locations.

Q. How do you want the Size Count, Colors, and Garment Item# sent?

GD210: Royal: 57S, 69M, 42L, 33XL, 12XXL, 4XXXL

Q. How do you want complex orders sent?
We need red tees with a front print of white and green ink; then green tees with the same front, except change the green ink to red ink keeping the white, and a back print with white ink; then navy tees with the same front only in 1 color white ink, and the same white back as the green tees.
A. Break it down into multiple work orders. Look at it from the production standpoint. Give the Front 2 color image two different names like: SGI FC green/white, and SGI FC red/white. Now give your Front 1 color image a name like: SGI FC white. Then give the Back image a name like: SGI FB white. :: Now you have 4 different image names.
A Clear way to spell it out would be:
*Red tees: 10S, 5M with SGI FC green/white.
*Green tees: 20S, 10M with SGI FC red/white, SGI FB white.
*Navy tees 50S, 60M, 40L, 20XL with SGI FC white, SGI FB white.
