To Estimate your order we NEED:

1. The Item # (found through links on our apparel tab) 

2. Item color option: (White, Heather, or Color garment) 

3. Number of decorated locations 

4. Number of colors / location. 

*5. Is white a printed color in the image / location (if you haven't decided on specific colors yet.)

* 6. Minimum Quantity / print run with that specific work order.

Once you have provided us with all the necessary information about your request, we will give you the best possible quote for your printing needs. Our Terms and Prefered Method of Payment:

Stafford Graphics Inc. will require payment in full including Indiana state sales tax, plus estimated shipping; to process all custom orders. Not all estimates include shipping: we need to know your location. All payments are to be made out to Stafford Graphics Inc. Finance charges will be applied to overdue terms. Stafford Graphics Inc. will charge a $50.00 fee for bad checks plus costs incurred during collections. These terms herein are binding unless otherwise specified and agreed. Stafford Graphics Inc. takes no responsibility for the use of trademark and copy written art, we assume you have permission for the use of any art requested for reproduction; and you take full responsibility for any legal or civil action taken. Free art will not apply for any canceled jobs and will be billed at $30.00 per hour. Stafford Graphics Inc has a confirmation process that must be proofed before we issue production orders. We appreciate your business, and enjoy demonstrating this with service and quality. Payment on our invoices and estimates contracts our work, and these terms are binding with proof of contract. Please Memo checks with invoice/estimate numbers; as some clients have multiple jobs in production at a time.
