Our Terms and Prefered Method of Payment:

Stafford Graphics Inc. will require payment in full including Indiana state sales tax, plus estimated shipping; to process all custom orders. All estimates and pricing include a 3.5% payment method discount for Check or Cash; Payment with Credit/Debit loses this discount. All payments are to be made out to Stafford Graphics Inc. Finance charges will be applied to overdue terms. Stafford Graphics Inc. will charge a $50.00 fee for bad checks plus costs incurred during collections. These terms herein are binding unless otherwise specified and agreed. Stafford Graphics Inc. takes no responsibility for the use of trademark and copy written art, we assume you have permission for the use of any art requested for reproduction; and you take full responsibility for any legal or civil action taken. Free art will not apply for any canceled jobs and will be billed at $30.00 per hour. Stafford Graphics Inc has a confirmation process that must be proofed before we issue production orders. We appreciate your business, and enjoy demonstrating this with service and quality. Payment on our invoices and estimates contracts our work, and these terms are binding with proof of contract. Please Memo checks with invoice/estimate numbers; as some clients have multiple jobs in production at a time.
